These disclosures outline additional terms of sale for orders, cancellations, returns, and payment handling with RMS Fitness. They are intended to clarify how orders are processed once a quote or purchase is accepted.

Returns And Refunds

1. Returns may be accepted from day 8 through day 14 of possession for products that are built or out of original packaging, and they will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returned products must include all original paperwork and manuals.
2. Original delivery, assembly, freight, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Returned items are refunded only after inspection once RMS Fitness receives the product.
4. Approved refunds are applied to the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, using the original method of payment.
5. Cash purchases are refunded by company check within 10 days, less original delivery, assembly, freight, shipping, restocking, and handling charges.
6. Special-order items are non-refundable. Until products are paid in full, the customer grants RMS Fitness a security interest in and lien on all products sold, all proceeds from their sale, and all discounts, rebates, and other funds payable on the customer's account. The customer agrees to execute documents reasonably required to protect that security interest. Once accepted, a quote may be processed, fulfilled, and invoiced by RMS Fitness, and acceptance of the quote constitutes agreement to make all required payments to RMS Fitness.
